Learning & Development Specialist

**A full time, permanent opportunity has become available in our Customer Experience, Learning & Development team within Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS)**. Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience, Learning & Development, this is a hybrid role and will be based out of our Melbourne CBD office location when not working from home.
**How will I help?**
- Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Design interactive and engaging training solutions to deliver to business units, predominantly digital and e-learning.
- Deliver training solutions which meet departmental requirements and individual needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys and other methodologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and evaluate and recommend new resources and programs as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to learning and development.
- Report on learning and development activities and progress to stakeholders and management monthly.

**What do I need?**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resource management, organisational development, or a related field is highly desirable
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training and development programs
- Strong instructional design skills and proficient in using Articulate
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems
- Familiarity with Kirkpatrick Four Levels of Evaluation
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
