**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation of digital marketing campaigns from onboarding call through to campaign briefing and go live
- Provide amazing client service by anticipating needs and identifying issues before they arise. Establish strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders and build strong working relationships
- Demonstrate and effectively communicate campaign ROI through monitoring success metrics and conducting regular reviews with clients, helping them understand and navigate campaign dashboards / results
- Collaborate with Delivery team on optimisations, understand insights and present effectively to clients
- Input into improving Performance Solutions business operations processes and systems as our business grows and changes
**Skills and Experience**
- A great level of positive energy to deliver across multiple deadlines, solutions focused with amazing client service
- Proven experience in account management
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Ability to build strong working relationships, work effectively with others
- Excellent written & oral communications skills
- Ability to think on their feet and handle client concerns, quickly build rapport
