We are seeking a Commercial Manager with experience in program and project financial management approach is required to manage the Retail Technology Transformation program-wide budget and associated financial management, accounting and reporting. This is an 8-month fixed term contract initially, with potential for extension.

**Responsibilities**
- Financial review and analysis completed for all business cases ensuring alignment to program plan with insights provided to support decision making.
- Enable informed performance management of the program through high quality data and insights, reporting and dashboards.
- Ensure program benefits accuracy and realisation by working with program and project managers to identify, forecast, monitor and track benefits in line for program activity.
- General program financial support for financial functions including month end processes, project code creation and management (program financial master data), creation and management of purchase orders and financial commitments.
- Supporting the Procurement Lead with the financial review of contract and procurement process for the program.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading large scale Commercial Portfolio/Program Management capability in an Enterprise PMO / finance team
- Proven track record in developing and running financial portfolio models, toolsets and performance reporting - e.g. PowerBI, SmartSheets, Anaplan
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively to drive results
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team
- Strong financial acumen
- Developed negotiation skills
- Stakeholder engagement and critical dates management
- Critical thinking and problem solving capability
