**Description**:
Are you passionate about HR operations and recruitment? ELMO is looking for a detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support our dynamic People & Culture team. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager, this dual-reporting role also works closely with the Senior Careers & Culture Manager, based in either Sydney or Melbourne
In this role, you'll manage HR administration, people data reporting, and recruitment processes, playing a key part in maintaining a high-performing and engaged workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate, centralised employee data and reporting.
- Develop live HR dashboards and present analytics.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring top-quality hires.
- Craft job descriptions and interview questions aligned with our values.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
- Drive improvements in HR and recruitment processes.
- Provide ad hoc reporting (e.g., diversity, performance, L&D compliance).
- Support system integration projects (Bloom, PayRTA, HAL, HRO).
- Prepare HR letters, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely and accurate HR reporting and data management.
- Successful recruitment outcomes with high-quality shortlists.
- Effective implementation of process improvements and SOPs.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Node, React, Javascript, CSS (4-5 years +)
- Familiarity with AWS
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
