**The Opportunity and Company**
Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a longstanding client of ours. We have placed EAs, Coordinators and Assistants in this business and are so excited to be working with the firm again as they grow.
This professional services firm is located in the CBD in beautiful corporate offices. They have a dynamic and vibrant office culture and pride themselves on their collaborative approach to work. Our client is seeking a Team Coordinator to join the business supporting one of their Partners in a 1:1 capacity.
**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the assigned partner or consultant
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and interviews
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage the documentation required for client meetings and proposals, including preparing engagement and proposal documents for consultants to present to clients.
- Review invoices and expense claims for accuracy and process them in a timely manner.
- Maintain the highest level of database integrity by accurately recording all actions and information related to recruitment assignments and business development activities.
- Manage the agenda for internal practice/team meetings, prepare presentations, and take minutes as required.
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members, including providing guidance on best practices and documentation.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required.
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
