Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career in workplace relations as a leading provider of consulting services. The role involves providing high-quality advice to our members, customers, and clients on all aspects of workplace relations and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide verbal and written advice on modern award interpretation, wage and condition audits, workplace investigations, and Fair Work Commission representation.
  • Deliver training programs and presentations on best practice solutions to complex issues.
  • Support the WPR Advice Line Manager and consulting team as required.
Requirements
  • A degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources, or equivalent industry experience.
  • An interest or passion for human resources and compliance.
  • Excellent customer service skills and team orientation.
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation and the Australian Industrial Relations system.
