**The Company**:
Our clients cloud-based software offers a range of solutions across patient management, communications, marketing, reporting, analysis and much more.

You will have the full support of a global brand who offer extensive training, mentoring, onboarding and offer a flexible and fun working environment.

**The Role**:
The SDR is responsible for research, monitoring all social media, and maximising HubSpot CRM to build and leverage relationships to identify, qualify and set meetings for the field sales team.

You will be outbound calling existing practices to set up business reviews and generate opportunities to cross-upsell additional products.

$70-80k Base Plus Super $100k OTE (Uncapped)

**Tasks & Responsibilities include**:

- Generate & source sales opportunities, business calls & leads
- Understand the end-to-end sales process and pipeline management
- Understands customers’ needs and uncover opportunities within assigned territory
- Educate and position solutions to qualify a prospect
- Utilising sales reporting tools to track progress and results
- Achieving KPI’s around sales pipeline / meetings booked

This role offers a hybrid working model where you will be working from the office in Melbourne and also have designated WFH days.

You will have a stable track record and be able to demonstrate a consistent performance against sales targets and KPI’s.

You will need to be polished and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
