**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced an IT Service Desk Team Lead with experience in the IT service desk function to join our new Department.

This role is responsible for supporting, supervising, and mentoring service desk staff and working with multiple vendors ensuring service levels are met.

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our organization. As the Team Lead, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to staff spanning across many platforms, and technologies.

You will also oversee and mentor a team of junior technical support staff, ensuring the operational maintenance and monitoring of our ICT environment and ensuring vendor and internal compliance with Service Management policies and procedures.

Your expertise in analysing, designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions. will help improve service delivery outcomes and maximise efficiency. Additionally, you will coordinate activities for complex projects and changes, review processes, analyse performance metrics, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

**About You**

You are an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead with a customer first attitude and systematic approach to troubleshooting.

You have a good understanding of the IT service delivery function in Australia, including the roles of a great leader or mentor.

Your great communication and leadership skills to provide technical advice across the Department, our vendors and to your peers, combined with your excellent attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.

Clerk Grade 7/8 $101,947 - $112,849 plus annual leave loading and 10.5% superannuation.
