**How will I help?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant/Coordinator to join the Chief Technology Office (CTO) team on a 12-month max-term contract, based in Sydney.

You will provide full administrative support to the wider team and support key members of our leadership team.
As Team Assistant, you will display professional maturity, be able to think on your feet and be agile in your approach. This is a busy, fast paced, administrative heavy role and key tasks include:

- Managing the central inbox, with high volume requests, including daily ad-hoc admin
- Financial Management with invoice payments and credit card reconciliation
- Arranging onboarding of new starters and recruitment administration
- Coordination of large-scale meetings, including agenda management, booking meeting rooms, organisation of equipment and catering
- Coordination and submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Liaising with external vendors
- Back-up support to Senior Administration team when other team members are on leave
- Assisting, setting up, maintaining and/or enhancing team systems required for business repositories and controls
- Coordinate training and development opportunities for team members
- Keep team up to date with new releases and changes to supporting technology

**What do I need?**

You will bring with you, your previous team support/coordination experience, within a large complex organisation. You will be process driven to be able to work with multiple IT systems and be comfortable navigating these with extensive planning and organisational skills. Other critical skills include a high attention to detail and flexibility.

We are looking for someone with a natural curiosity and desire to learn, with the ability to see opportunities and take the initiative.

Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal are necessary, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels. Ideally, having prior experience with diary management and meeting organisation, to be able to provide relief support during Executive Assistance leave of absence, will be highly regarded.
