**Your new company**

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client, a well-established and reputable NFP organisation that provides services and advocacy for people with disabilities, their families and carers.

**Your new role**

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO and the Board of Directors. You will be responsible for managing their diaries, travel arrangements, correspondence, meetings, events and projects. You will also act as a liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication and relationships.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have:

- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the NFP sector
- A current WWVP card, full working rights within Australia and a recent Police Check
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and confidentiality
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A commitment to the values and mission of the NFP organisation
