- The Executive Support Officer provides high level administrative and executive support to the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services (EDNMS) Office.**The role**:
Provide high level administrative and executive support to the EDNMS Office, including, but is not limited to:

- Researching and coordinating a range of administrative matters, including the preparation of background notes, briefings, material and other information.
- Coordinating the preparation of complex and confidential documentation including Ministerials, Question Time Briefs, Budget Briefings and papers for Hospitals South Executive using a range of Microsoft Office software programs as required.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks such as diary management, minute-taking, preparation of meeting documentation and routine correspondence, filing, document compilation and editing.
