**Eagers Automotive** is currently seeking passionate individual with exceptional customer service to join our Fleet Sales department as a
**Fleet Coordinator.**

Reporting to the Fleet Manager you will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to our Fleet Manager, and scheduling vehicle deliveries with Clients.

**Duties Will Include**:

- Scheduling vehicle deliveries with Clients and preparing Deal Packs
- Managing client relationships and updating FMO’s
- Quoting & Invoicing
- Assisting with Queries
- Coordinating contracts

Prior experience in automotive roles will be highly regarded however, individuals that are passionate or who have a customer service background are more than welcomed.

You will ideally possess:

- Good time management and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Must be motivated and driven.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to perform in high pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Have a valid Motor Vehicle Manual Licence
