Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint **2 x Tenancy Support Officers** within the Housing Services Division to provide administrative support and undertake financial transactional tasks to support the Tenancy Service Officers and the Tenancy Services Branch.

In this role, you will support Tenancy Services Officers in calculating financial charges and managing financial transactions for tenancies including establishing rental payments via salary deduction, processing rental variations as they arise, lodging and reconciling bond payments, and initiating recovery of arrears payments.

You will also act as a point of contact via phone for all general enquiries and provide high-level administrative support to the Tenancy Services team as required.

**About You**

Client service is paramount in our day-to-day efforts, and you will work closely with your team to ensure they are effectively dealing with customer complaints and enquiries. You will ideally have proven experience in a customer service-related role previously particularly dealing with stakeholders over the phone.

You have had exposure to or experience in the real estate industry specifically in property management and or tenancy services. You are an administrative wizz with the ability to manage a multitude of competing priorities at once. While maintaining a calm and positive demeanour.

You have some understanding of accounts payable/accounts receivable, to be able to assist with payments for bond, rent and other related costs. Your verbal and written communication as well as your use of different systems and software including Microsoft Office will allow you to be effective in this role.

Keeping your cool under pressure and being flexible to pivot, learn and support the Tenancy Services Branch with a high volume of enquiries and workload will see you successful in the role. In return, we also offer career development and advancement opportunities.
