**The Company**
This national Property Group has a dedicated and focused approach to the operation of their properties. Due to a busy development and leasing pipeline, a requirement for an experienced tenancy coordinator is immediately available. Working closely with the leasing and development team, your role will be busy and varied everyday.

**The Opportunity**
You will utilise your experience and knowledge to ensure the timely delivery of Retail Tenancies, for new stores, relocations, and general upgrades. Duties:

- Implement Tenancy Coordination process for retail tenants in accordance with Fitout Guidelines and Lease Agreements
- Maintain tracking sheets on the status of the project
- Liaise with External Design Consultants to ensure Lessor obligations are complied with
- Ensure ongoing changes resulting from new legislation is anticipated and managed effectively
- Contractor management and Contract Administration for lessors' works
- Coordination and strategic support for the preparation of operational budget and forecasts
- Work closely with the Development Management team and Leasing regarding tenancy coordination during development projects.

This role requires someone who can prioritise, achieve high workloads, meet deadlines, develop and implement systems. This is not your average role and it is certainly not a regular 9-5 position. If you want to put yourself to the test and see what you are made of then this is role for you
- Previous experience in a similar project environment (either Landlord or Retailer side)
- Capable of delivering on tight timeframes
- Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible and move around different tasks as required.
