Our Logistics Centre distributes Bosch products across multiple subsidiaries and distribution channels. This role supports the flow of products and information both within the company and at all interfaces with subsidiaries, customers, and suppliers.

**Job Description**:
Position responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for site Health, Safety and Environment systems & processes and compliance audits
- Ensuring HSE standards in accordance with HSE procedures and regulations
- Developing and maintaining Safe Operating Procedures (SOP), risk assessments and procedures in-conjunction with HSR’s and relevant stakeholders
- Supporting in-house training with managers and employees about HSE issues, risks, and procedures
- Providing support with the investigation of Hazard/Incident reports
- Conducting and leading HSE meetings and representing Logistics in HSE committee meetings.
- Managing and participating in HSE site compliance audit activities
- Management of facilities and equipment inspections, servicing, and repairs
- Responsible for managing all facilities related contractor activities.
- Completing HSE evaluation and administering Safe Systems of Work (JSA/SOP) activities for contractors
- Management of facility projects
- Support site security concept and audit requirements

- Previous experience in HSE management systems and compliance audits preferred
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High Attention to detail is key
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
- High level of organisational & time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
