Dandenong, Australia Operations Manager Full time

**OMC Australia is a long established and growing meat processing company offering an extensive range of premium beef products to the retail, food service, wholesale, domestic and export markets.**

**We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time experienced meat boners and slicers to add to our team for our beef boning facility in Dandenong South, VIC.**

**Must have/be**:

- **Excellent knife handling skills**:

- **Proficient at removing cuts from carcass sides & quarters, using specified cutting lines whilst retaining maximum yield.**:

- **Able to pass a skills test.**:

- **Physically fit.**:

- **Willing to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.**

**Full time positions, Monday to Friday. Early start required (5.15am).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Butchers & Meat Cutters: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
