**Role Overview**:
Join the team as an HSE Advisor, collaborating closely with our site operations to champion and execute various HSE initiatives. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a safer, more sustainable future at the Dandenong Manufacturing Site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the execution of our HSE strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain consistent communication channels to standardize HSE management practices.
- Monitor project implementation, ensuring adherence to HSE plans and objectives.
- Act as a change agent, educating teams on HSE best practices.
- Enforce compliance with legal and company HSE standards, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentorship on HSE matters, actively participating in addressing key issues across the site.
- Support timely investigation of HSE incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Cert IV in Workplace Health Safety or related field.
- Previous experience in HSE within a manufacturing setting.
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing HSE initiatives.
- Strong team player with a hands-on mentality, capable of fostering strong relationships with on-site personnel.
- Exceptional communication skills across various platforms and stakeholders.
