**The Opportunity**:
We are looking to recruit a Office Assistant with 2 years plus experience. We are seeking solid expertise as well as the ability to add value to our client base. You will be a self-starter and passionate about delivering quality personal assistant and administration work.

You will require 2 years plus employment history in a similar role. Based in Adelaide, you will also have a drive for excellence and the passion for delivering exceptional client service.

**The Process**

As a qualified Office Assistant, you will be accountable for:

- Managing patient medical records accordingly
- Personal Assistant exposure including minute taking, diary management, adhoc travel arrangements, expense management, correspondence management and expense management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Stock management
- Staff management when required
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records
- Intermediate to advance MS Suite
- MYOB

**To be considered**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ prior full-time experience in a similar role
- Solid proficiency with the MS Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Collaborate with allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
