**About the role**

As an **Office Manager** you will be responsible for ensuring that our office operates efficiently while also providing essential support in sales administration and financial management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking on diverse responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Organise meetings, events, and appointments for the team.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Support office events, meetings, and company functions, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, process invoices, and manage receipts and expenses.
- Assist with financial reporting, budget tracking, and expense reconciliation.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as maintaining customer databases. tracking sales performance, and preparing sales reports.
- Assist with invoicing, client follow-ups, and ensuring payments are processed on time.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and managing office policies.

**About you**
- Previous experience in office management, sales support, or finance administration.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience working in a role that required cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software XERO.
- Experience in sales administration or CRM (Salesforce) management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and juggle multiple priorities.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
