The Role

This is an ideal opportunity to join a corporate environment where you will be involved in a variety of office tasks and play a key and central role in supporting our team.

Some of the things you will get involved in on a daily basis include:

- Basic Administration
- Assisting with meeting and function set up and pack up
- Attending to external rounds involving the lodgement of documents at various Court and Government Departments and banking
- Maintaining stationery and kitchen stock levels
- Assisting our Front Desk Coordinator with client and staff events
- Closing and archiving legal files
- Relief Reception and Telephone duties

Our culture is all about collaboration, beyond the Office Services team you will work with the Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Development & Marketing departments as well as our specialised legal teams - we are five offices but one team

**To succeed in this role you will ideally have;**

This role is not about qualifications but your ability to demonstrate customer service, teamwork and a desire to learn new tasks. To get you off to a successful start you will need to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a customer service/office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound technological skills including MS Office suite and other office systems/equipment
- A proactive approach to problem solving and initiative
