**The Role**

We are seeking someone with experience to join as our FP&A Manager - Segment Planning and Performance within our Pricing, Planning and Performance (PPP) team. You will be responsible for working with your team and stakeholders in preparing timely, accurate, and relevant financial analyses, performance insights and reports, and financial forecasts that empower informed decision-making and enable proactive performance management across the core business segments.

The critical responsibilities of this role include:

- Timely delivery of performance analysis and reporting, including monthly business performance packs
- Enhance the monthly reporting depending on prevailing business conditions
- Undertake data analysis and modelling to drive financial and pricing business outcomes, using and developing tools such as Tableau
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process for core business segments
- Partner with the stakeholders to create and execute the product pricing strategy while optimising profitability and growth
- Provide ad hoc analysis and modelling support to enable informed decision making

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

- At least 5 years experience in financial services
- Accounting/Finance Degree and ACA or CPA qualifications
- Minimum 7 years FP&A/management reporting experience
- Strong forecasting and modelling experience covering P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory environment (lending)
- Prior exposure to lending product pricing / understanding of pricing mechanics
- Prior exposure to Treasury and understanding of funding structures/mechanisms
- Familiarity with data and analytics infrastructure, data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Kyvos, etc.).
- Familiarity with planning and forecasting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.).
- Proven to be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to deliver high quality work whist maintaining tight timeframes.
