We are proud to be partnering with a world-renowned OEM of a range of heavy machinery. With sales, service, and parts operations around the globe, they supply equipment into all major industries including construction, mining, infrastructure, industrial and marine. The business has a strong & established presence in the Australian market and is a leader in their field.

**Position**
A Parts Manager role has now become available on the Sydney team. As a member of the Branch leadership team, you will help deliver the daily priorities into our Workshop and Parts Clients nationally.
The role has the below responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of approx. 5 staff including parts interpreters & warehouse staff
- Accurately forecast stock requirements and make necessary adjustments to inventory
- Ensure warehouse functions of the business are running smoothly
- Implement best practices to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document, formalise and update operational procedures within the business
- Develop commercial relationships with customers, freight suppliers and other external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with overseas suppliers
- Coach, mentor and develop talent by providing tools and techniques that improve their effectiveness
- Management recruitment, including conducting interviews, appointing staff, and setting KPIs
This is a standard M-F, office-based role. Whilst the business is happy to offer flexibility around family requirements, WFH is not being offered. The office is based in the Seven Hills area.
