**Assistant Spare Parts Manager - Prestige Automotive Dealership**

Our prestigious flagship automotive dealership in Sydney is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Spare Parts Manager to oversee our parts operations. As the Assistant Spare Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth parts and accessories management, optimizing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for the position:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Parts and Accessories Management**: You will be responsible for efficiently handling parts and accessories inventory, ensuring the right products are available for customers and workshop needs.
- **Spare Parts Sales and Ordering**: Manage the spare parts sales process, including timely ordering and tracking of inventory to meet customer demand.
- **Accessories Sales and Ordering**: Oversee accessories sales and ordering, promoting the benefits of these products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Invoicing**: Accurately process invoices for parts and accessories sales to maintain smooth transactions.
- **Workshop Job Cards**: Efficiently handle and process job cards from the workshop, ensuring all necessary parts are available for repairs and maintenance.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding service to customers, both in person and over the phone, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Reporting, Budgeting, and Targets**: Prepare relevant reports, contribute to budget planning, and set achievable targets to drive business growth.
- **Increasing Profitability and Market Share**: Develop strategies to boost profitability and expand the market share of our parts and accessories department.
- **Staff Training, Leadership, and Mentoring**: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive work environment and providing guidance to enhance skills and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and the team.
- **Automotive Industry Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar role.
- **Qualified Parts Interpreter (preferred)**: While not essential, having a qualified parts interpreter would be advantageous.
- **Independent Work**: Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and efficiently manage daily tasks.
- **Positive Attitude and Work Ethic**: Exhibit a positive attitude towards growth, and demonstrate loyalty, reliability, and a "Can Do" attitude.
- **Organizational Skills**: Be well-organized with excellent self-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- **Spare Parts and Accessories Knowledge**: Possess a strong understanding of spare parts and automotive accessories.
- **Invoicing Programs**: Proficient in using invoicing programs to streamline sales processes.
- **Profit Maximization**: Capable of minimizing expenses and maximizing revenue for increased profitability.
