- The Client Programs Industry team is recruiting a permanent Market Growth Manager to work alongside the CMG Health Industry Lead, supporting Shane Evans as Partner Health Industry Leader. The role helps to drive the business development and marketing strategy for one of our priority industry groups - Health._

Working alongside CMG Health Industry Lead, Hannah O'Hare, during the transition period and upon return from parental leave, this is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to MinterEllison's Industry program as well as the

Health Industry. In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- assist the Health Industry Lead with the **development and execution of the** **Health Industry Plan**work closely with Partner Sector Leads** across key health sectors including hospitals and health services, human services, life sciences and private health insurance- help to **drive key growth plays for healthcare**, including working alongside our Brand and Marketing team to develop and deliver key marketing campaigns**manage key health industry accounts**, working alongside Client Relationship Partners and coaching Client Team Connectors (lawyers assigned to key accounts), to develop Account Plans, stimulate the opportunity pipeline and drive Fields of Play with a goal of achieving FY revenue targets, build relationships and ensure we are proactively meeting the needs and expectations of our key clients**undertake client listening** with health clients, ensuring we meet the quarterly KPIs of the Industry team and respond to opportunities and areas for improvement**play a supporting role on industry related projects and solution development** to further develop MinterEllison's market positioning**work with lawyers on proposals and capability statements for key health industry accounts**, leveraging the expertise of our Major Proposals and COE team
