Suntory Beverage & Food France is seeking an exceptional Sales and Marketing professional to lead our National Business Manager role, playing a critical part in driving profitable growth across our key Independent customers.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to join our business at its inception, helping shape and establish processes and ways of working. As National Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering joint business plans to drive sales growth, improving market share and enhancing customer relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing joint business plans with customers to achieve sales objectives
  • Working closely with the Head of Channel to maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Full financial responsibility for assigned customers, including net sales, gross profit, and market share
  • Delivering base and over-and-above promotional programs to support sales growth and company strategies
  • Leading regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for ranging, distribution, and promotional activities
  • Negotiating trading terms that optimize results with customers
  • Contributing to long- and short-term business planning, focusing on off- and on-premise channels
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales or Account Management professional with a strong track record of success in the Licensed space. You'll need to demonstrate commercial acumen, strategic planning skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A strong drive for results, coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire others, is essential for this role.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from €80,000 to €120,000 based on location and experience, depending on your qualifications and performance.
