**Growth Marketer**

My client is a Sydney-based SaaS scale-up that specialises in leveraging drones and AI to revolutionize asset intelligence for commercial real estate firms. They are currently seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join them in this exciting phase of expansion.

**Who We're Seeking**:
In this dynamic, newly created position, you will take ownership of a diverse array of marketing initiatives spanning the entire customer journey. Your expertise in understanding the target audience, their pain points, and priorities will enable you to deliver tailored messages through various channels.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, your primary duties will include:

- Defining and implementing data-driven marketing strategies aligned with our objectives.
- Executing impactful marketing campaigns and experiments.
- Strategizing and orchestrating market-leading events.
- Enhancing our website and digital footprint.
- Creating and disseminating product marketing content that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies to meet pipeline generation targets.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in B2B SaaS growth marketing.
- Ability to articulate value propositions at every stage of the customer journey.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through effective marketing tactics.
- Passion for innovation and a drive to achieve growth objectives.
- Expertise in HubSpot is highly desirable.
