**The Purpose**:
As the Sales planning & operations analyst the purpose of your role is to manage the business processes & working rhythms for the AP+ Sales team. In addition you will support the delivery of strategic sales projects across AP+. If you’re a self-starter who loves to partner with dynamic sales teams, working in a collaborative and fun team culture then this role won’t disappoint.

**As the Sales planning and operations analyst you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting and embedding operational procedures to create efficiencies and consistencies for the sales team
- Managing the delivery of Sales team projects
- Coordinating Sales team meetings, planning sessions, business activity review collaboration sessions
- Coordinating Sales team communications, reporting and updates
- Supporting the Sales leadership team through tracking strategic priorities and targets

**The skills & knowledge you need to have**:

- Three to five years’ experience in a similar sales function or management consulting / project management role
- Experience managing projects from ideation through to successful implementation
- Experience defining target operating models
- Experience creating high quality sales presentations & pitch decks
- Superior MS Office Suite skills
- Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
- Enjoy being part of a team and building long lasting relationships
- Can think logically through road blocks and come up with, out of the box ideas to solve them
