We have an immediate opportunity for a
**Trainee Administrator** to join our UAJV team in our Perth CBD office.

**About the Role**
- Providing general administration office support and assistance to various UAJV departments as directed; HSE, Training, Document Control, Payroll
- Managing registers, including data entry and record keeping
- Assisting with Ad Hoc tasks on a daily basis to support UAJV Operations team
- Actively participate in any other required tasks to fulfil delivery of contract requirements

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and colloaborate with others
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide customer service and record information
- A basic level of computer literacy, preferably Windows platform and MS Office suite
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to effectively communicate
