**About The Role**

Training settings, such as hospitals, must be accredited to coordinate and deliver work-based training for our training programs. The primary purpose of this role is to support the accreditation of training settings for our training programs. This role also provides high level administration support to the team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate administration in relation to accreditation of specific training programs
- Support the day-to-day operations within the team including organising visits and assessments of training settings and high-level secretariat services
- Provide advice regarding accreditation of training programs and requirements
- Work with committees to ensure appropriate governance and support for members
- Facilitate consultation and communication so that accurate and reliable information is available for committees and team members
- Contribute to and participate in projects as required

**About You**
- Business and/or Accreditation Administration qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills
- High level organisation/multitasking skills with demonstrated ability to identify and achieve work objectives and maintain attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in delivering professional client and secretariat services, including high level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience improving and monitoring administrative processes
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a professional team
