**About the role**:
As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented
**Inside Account Manager** to join our Dealer Sales Team. The Inside Account Manager role is crucial in ensuring we achieve our vision to become the leading automotive marketplace in Australia. Our Inside Account Managers are responsible for revenue generation through elevating our brands by identifying new sales opportunities within existing and prospect accounts while providing superior service, pro-active education, insights and on-going training and support for our customers. This role is primarily office based with hybrid working flexibility, and requires a combination of account management check-ins via phone/video conference.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide first in class customer service and relationship management to dealer partners
- Operate as a primary point of contact to assigned accounts for any and all matters
- Empower dealer partners to maximise return on investment though the use of our products and services
- Uncover customers’ immediate needs and future plans through effective questioning techniques
- Prospect and identify upsell, cross sell and new sales opportunities within your dealer portfolio
- Effectively manage contact cycles within your accounts and ensure accuracy of sales pipeline is kept
- Achieve and exceed monthly/ quarterly KPIs around contact activity, revenue generation and other key metrics

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5+ years sales experience in a B2C environment (SAAS preferable)
- A customer centric mindset, striving to deliver excellent customer service and value for dealer partners
- Digitally savvy with a solid understanding of classifieds and/or the automotive landscape
- Experienced in CRM and reporting solutions, such as Salesforce and Tableau
- Excel proficiency with the ability to tell a story with data
- Enjoy working in a competitive yet rewarding team environment
