**Your future role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting tenders in the Digital and Integrated Systems product line of Alstom and occasionally Rolling Stock - projects include Suburban Rail Loop, Sydney Metro West, Digital Sytem, Perth PTA High Capacity Signalling
- Anticipate, prepare and build tenders with robust and competitive cost commitments
- Manage product sourcing reference library to fit with market prices
- Understand and build relationships with local suppliers
- Coordinate, consolidate and secure sourcing activities, performance and efficiency.
- To be successful in this role you will need:

- Proven experience from a similar role within a large, project organization ideally rail manufacturing or production or engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of tender processes
- Genuine interest in delivering successful outcomes and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented and ability to challenge and drive best practices
