Our client is a multi-award winning, independent, creative and diverse event management company that creates extraordinary public and corporate events, both live and virtual, across Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. They are a full-service event management agency that specialises in Premium events, Business events, Theatre shows and Major annual events

Our client is undergoing a period of significant growth in their corporate team and are looking for an Event Manager to join their Corporate/Government team.

**The role**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Event Manager to support the team in delivering a diverse portfolio of corporate and government events
- Reporting to the General Manager and working as a member of the Corporate and Government team, you will work across a range of exciting B2B events
- You will be supporting the Event Producer and Senior Event Producer on successfully delivering small to large corporate events, including conferences, expos, and incentives
- You will be assisting with delegate registrations, group travel and transfers, venue sourcing, contracting and rooming allocations, supplier sourcing and contracting, Food & Beverage/catering selection
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Negotiating supplier contracts and relationships
- Hosting and supporting key talent for various events
- Upholding the Agency’s standards in every event delivered
- Onsite event management as required
- A minimum of 3 years corporate event management experience.
- Experience with EventsAIR is ESSENTIAL
- Experience working in business events and/or government bodies is highly regarded
- You will have a passion for organising events, flexibility to run on tight deadlines and be used to working in a fast-paced working environment
- Have a high level of attention to detail, with a methodical and meticulous mindset
- You will have a positive "can do" attitude and able to work closely with different teams
- Excellent written, communication and time management skills
- Good at problem-solving with the ability to multi-task
- Travel will be required as well as the ability and willingness to work out-of-standard hours from time to time
