**The Company**
Our client is a leading FMCG business undergoing a period of growth and expansion across Queensland. They take pride in offering a vast selection of food and food supply products, competitive prices, and exceptional customer service. Due to a long term hire moving interstate, they are now hiring a permanent person on site at their northside head office.
**The Role**
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a crucial part of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the administration function. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will be key in supporting our daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support to facilitate efficient office operations.
- Process purchase orders and receipting of raw materials, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform reception duties and organise catering as required.
- Provide quality customer service to customers, including answering queries.
- Accurate and timely data entry into various software systems and databases.
- Organising and maintaining office records, both physical and digital.
**About You**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
