**Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders to implement People Team strategies and projects
- Provide People support and guidance to leaders and employees including guidance on performance, employee relations concerns, team structure, employment changes, etc.
- Ensure compliance across HR policy and process by staying up to date with any changes to the employment law
- Full cycle recruitment process including posting, sourcing, interviews and offers
- Coordinate the induction and onboarding processes
- Coach and support leaders through the AiM for Success Performance Review process
- Advise leaders on management of staff grievances and issues
- Involvement in engagement initiatives within region and the globe
- Strong focus on attraction and retention of top talent through diverse recruitment practices
- Work with the wider, global People Team on deliverables and projects as required

**Selection Criteria**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management, or related field
- 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee development work)
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and the Fair Work Act
- Ability to understand the needs of the business and provide HR guidance and advice that aligns with this direction
- Ability to manage day-to-day tasks as well as prioritizing different project work throughout the year
- Strong emotional intelligence with a proven ability to help managers and employees through difficult conversations
