About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to our local teams and functional groups, including employee relations, compliance, and systems training.
  • Partner with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as provide guidance on employment law and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR team to drive regional HR initiatives and projects.
  • Administer and coordinate global HR workflows, including immigration, relocation, and leave of absence.
Requirements
  • Human resources operations and employee relation experience covering the APAC region.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
