Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources: Manage pre-employment formalities, maintain employee benefits administration, and support employee queries resolution.
  • Training: Arrange and conduct corporate, procedural, and other training of office/regional staff.
  • Recruitment: Organize and schedule interviews, conduct and report on interviews and testing of job candidates.
  • Payroll: Verify salary, bonuses, and benefits amounts to be payable, ensuring confidentiality of payroll information as needed.
Requirements:
  • College or university degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience in HR activities, recruitment, and training, preferably in an international company.
  • Knowledge of Australia labor law and general human resources practices is essential.
  • Industry experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech is a plus.
  • PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and build relationships at all levels.
