PSI CRO is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Human Resources: Manage pre-employment formalities, maintain employee benefits administration, and support employee queries resolution.
- Training: Arrange and conduct corporate, procedural, and other training of office/regional staff.
- Recruitment: Organize and schedule interviews, conduct and report on interviews and testing of job candidates.
- Payroll: Verify salary, bonuses, and benefits amounts to be payable, ensuring confidentiality of payroll information as needed.
- College or university degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience in HR activities, recruitment, and training, preferably in an international company.
- Knowledge of Australia labor law and general human resources practices is essential.
- Industry experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech is a plus.
- PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment and build relationships at all levels.
