**THE ROLE**
As a Project Officer in the Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a crucial role in providing essential support for the administration and governance of the Maintenance Delivery Transformation program. The role entails preparing meeting agendas, minutes, gathering program data, collating information, putting together presentation packs, and providing general support to ensure smooth program management. Your expertise in presenting complex information in an easy-to-understand manner will be crucial in facilitating effective governance and program management. The Project Officer will work closely with and directly support the Program Management Office and the broader Maintenance Delivery Transformation team.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**

1. Facilitate Meeting Minutes, Agenda, and Presentation Pack: The Project Officer is responsible for organizing and facilitating project-related meetings. They will prepare meeting agendas, record accurate meeting minutes, and compile comprehensive presentation packs to communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
2. Manage Program Artefacts and Documentation: The Project Officer will be accountable for overseeing and maintaining program artifacts, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. This includes managing program documentation such as project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
3. Maintain the Risk Register: The Project Officer will play a key role in managing the program's risk register, documenting potential risks, mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk levels throughout the project lifecycle. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure risks are appropriately addressed.
