The Opportunity

This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity to join the AIA Business Administration team to lead a team in delivering the best in class new business administration experience. Help us champion a customer focused culture by enhancing enterprise value and reputation through continuous improvement activities and strong relationship management skills.

To do this successfully you will:

- Partner with distribution leaders in the development and relationship management of existing and new advisors
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects and implement approved enhancements
- Deliver and maintain functional planning and performance reporting including target setting and goal achievement
- Play an active role in risk management by developing and implementing appropriate frameworks to ensure the team are complying with AIA standards and regulations
- Experience in the life insurance industry (desired but not essential)
- Demonstrated experience leading and or delivering change
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Strong organisation skills
