**Client Details**

The client offers tailor-made high standard concierge service for the corporate members which are multinational companies such as global financial institutions.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities and duties of the role**:

- Correspond to inquiries and requests from members with appropriate manner
- Make and manage various types of bookings (flight, hotel, venue, dinning, events etc.)
- Coordinating the best plan to meet member's expectation
- Follow up and trouble shooting
- Record and update members information in database
- Learn relevant knowledge through the on-the-job training
- Full remote work
- Full time and shift work

**Profile**
- Native level proficiency in Japanese and full business proficiency level in English
- Based in Victoria or Queensland
- 2 - 7years experience in corporate customer service role is highly regarded (travel company/agencies, hotel, cabin crew, corporate receptionists, assistant role (EA/PA/Admin assistant))
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated and goal orientated
- Ability to work independently and perform well with minimum supervision
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong clients focus to understand client's needs
- Understanding of the company brands and services
- Full work rights in Australia and able to work full-time.
