With flexible working arrangements on offer, our client is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

**The Role**

Reporting through to the Payroll Manager, your tasks will include:

- Managing a team of 10 Payroll Officers
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing of approximately 10,000 employees
- Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax/PAYG
- Month/year end closing
- Assisting with key payroll projects
- Identifying process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
- Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business
- Partnering and developing strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Working collaboratively and as a team across departments

You will have prior experience in a similar Payroll Team Lead position, along with the following attributes:

- High volume payroll experience within a medium / large scale business
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of multiple awards/EBAs
- High level analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
