The role involves delivering exceptional service to employees and managers, including interfacing with government bodies such as child support, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), and the Department of Human Services. This position will strongly emphasis on customer service, offering informed guidance to staff regarding their compensation and benefits. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to an ongoing Payroll project, providing immediate assistance. While prior experience in public service organizations is advantageous, it is not mandatory; however, a robust background in customer service is essential.
The successful applicant will have prior payroll processing experience working as a payroll generalist as well as hands-on knowledge using Oracle software.
