Payroll Services Lead

**Your Impact**
This role will lead the designated Payroll team to deliver services which include time & attendance/ timesheet management, pay run execution, payroll data quality, leave management, superannuation, relevant taxation and 3rd party payments, payroll controls, compliance to employee relations legislation & regulations across relevant jurisdictions, employee data retention policies and E2E process improvement in “Hire-to-Retire” (H2R) processes.

Reporting to the Payroll Services Manager, you will be responsible to ensure fulfilment of Service Levels, Business KPI delivery, enhanced business user experience, and driving service improvement across the H2R process area in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Provide input into the Human Resource Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy
- Ownership of end-to-end delivery of business outcomes in Payroll process activities across designated payroll systems, Business Divisions and Functions
- Forward planning and team rostering to ensure achievement of payroll accuracy and achievement of all required payment timelines to team members and 3rd parties
- Provide input into and support implementation of the roadmap for Payroll optimisation program, aligned to the overall Business Optimisation, Automation and Integration strategy
- Lead and manage designated payroll team
**About You**
As an emerging payroll leader with a passion for excellence, you will bring your **ADP **or **Chris 21 **experience and ensure the efficient use of process, people and technology are enablers of business performance.
To be successful in this role you will need the following;
- Proven experience in service delivery management and/or Payroll Lead role
- Continuous improvement framework (eg Six Sigma, Lean) highly desirable
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strong forward thinking and business mindset
- Ability to communicate at all levels including to senior levels as directed.
- Experience in a fast paced and competitive environment.
