**Overview**:
ACM recruitment is seeking an Enterprise Computing Hybrid Cloud Specialist to provide expert advice and support to the Enterprise Computing Delivery Lead. The role involves contributing to the Department's future enterprise computing strategy and participating in market approaches for related services. The specialist will collaborate with a dynamic team of technical, commercial, and service delivery experts, guided by the Enterprise Computing Delivery Lead.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Computing Delivery Lead in contributing to the development of the Department's enterprise computing strategy.
- Provide specialised advice and support on private and public cloud enterprise computing technologies and services.
- Design and implement solutions using hyper-scale public cloud provider technologies (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
- Implement ICT outsourcing arrangements, including requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Navigate complex issues to identify resolutions and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in enterprise computing engineering or solution architecture in cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using hyper-scale public cloud provider technologies.
- Expertise in ICT outsourcing arrangements, including Government-specific processes.
- Previous engagement in implementing enterprise computing services within the Government sector.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective engagement with technical and non-technical teams, stakeholders, and executives.
