In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from implementing new technologies to developing and maintaining existing systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, develop creative solutions, and provide training and support to customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your location. Our flexible work arrangement allows you to choose between working from home or one of our Auckland or Wellington offices. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development through training programs and mentorship.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts. You should be familiar with various programming languages, including Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java, .NET (C#), and JavaScript. Experience with Linux, Windows Server, and networking technologies is also essential. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Learns and uses groundbreaking technologies.

  • Interacts with leading engineers around the world.
  • Partners with AWS teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.
  • Leverages your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services.
  • Drives customer communication during critical events.
  • Drives projects that improve support-related processes and our customers' technical support experience.
  • Writes tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
  • Works on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
