About the role

The primary purpose of the Administration Support role is to provide administrative support to the SAES Leadership team in the management of their volunteer workforce and other general administration.

You will successfully
- Support State Coordinators with the administration of recruiting volunteers including placing advertisements, preparing volunteer position descriptions and follow through.
- Enter and maintain all volunteer records and data on relevant systems, ie Workday and Noggin
- Process volunteer registration and training documents
- Create volunteer identification cards
- Process regular admin tasks required for Noggin data maintenance
- Maintain volunteer compliance checks at all times
- Be the primary contact for prospective volunteers.
- Undertake a range of general administration to ensure the smooth running of the program
- Generate reports when requested
- Organise events and meetings including preparing invitations, agendas and all required resources such as catering and presentation equipment
- Draft meeting minutes and submit within required timeframes
- Follow up on matters arising from meetings as required or requested

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Redfern, NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance

You will have
- Demonstrated relevant administration experience, knowledge and skills
- Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration is desirable
- A national police record check is required
- Current Working with Children Check
