**About Our Client**:
Our client is an Australian-owned business who offers outsourced promotional, marketing and administrative support. They can offer:

The role will involve supporting 12 promotional campaigns across the year as well as BAU. Full training will be provided.

This could looks like:

- Check product submissions.
- Ensuring data accuracy in pricing
- Participate via MS teams with various stakeholders
- Project co-ordination.
- Maintenance of CRM with accurate and up to date information.
- Assist promotions Coordinator and provide support.
- Process documents with current information.
- Continual improvement of processes.
- Assist with mailbox management.
- Other adhoc tasks as requested.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a strong administrator with at least 2-3 yea experience and an interest in marketing, retail or promotions. In addition you will have:

- Excellent attention to details
- Train-ability and willingness to learn new things
- Be a team player
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work to deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Please note that only Australian and New Zealand Citizens, and Permanent Residents are eligible, as these roles are full-time and not suitable for Working Holiday, or Student Visa holders.
