About the Role:

As an Administration Coordinator for The Salvation Army, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the SAID Department. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Head of SAID, coordinating events and meetings, and maintaining accurate records and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of SAID, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations, summarizing and analyzing data to support the Head of SAID.

Requirements:

  • National police record check and valid Working with Children Check.
  • Relevant business qualification, such as Certificate IV in Business Administration.
  • Demonstrated significant relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
