A mobile recruiting manager will oversee and administer corporate travel requirements. You will be responsible for leading the mobile recruiting operations to ensure effective and efficient execution of events to reach target audience and achieve recruitment objectives.

**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify regional and rural locations to attend, aligning with local events and recruitment timelines
- Plan mobile transport and events from start to finish, tailoring the approach to target audiences and recruitment objectives
- Ensure all mobile activities are compliant with relevant WHS, public liability, insurance and reporting requirements
- Develop and manage the mobile budget
- Design and lead the promotional activities including paid media, editorial and social media campaigns to shape localised messaging, in consultation with the leadership and marketing teams
- Coordinate the mobile operations, including the logistics of mobile travel and events
- Book and coordinate regional and rural local event attendance
- Design security plans for local venues
- Lead teams of varying sizes to execute each mobile event
- Ensure mobile employees are appropriately qualified and trained to conduct their duties in compliance with all relevant requirements
- Coordinate personnel requirements, including accommodation for mobile team
- Identify, monitor and mitigate risks associated with mobile travel and events
- Analyse and report on travel and event outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement

**Profile**

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A Tertiary Certificate or Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, event management, project management or marketing, but not essential if substantiated by relevant experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: event management, project management, tour management, hospitality, marketing, defence/defence industry.
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and planning capability, demonstrated in event or tour management
- Customer-centric orientation, with demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer experiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness and the ability to adapt your approach to a broad range of audiences
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of business English, with both written and oral communication skills
- Experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns involving traditional and non-traditional media
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated adaptability in high tempo environments
- Planning and implementing detailed travel and event itineraries
- Financial management
- Leading, mentoring and developing teams
