**Mental Health Intake Manager**

**Mental Health Intake Manager to join our team at Ramsay Clinics Northside and Ramsay Clinic Cremorne to oversee in the intake assessment process for our mental health clinics.**

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with extensive intake experience. Our Admissions team works closely with psychiatrists, GPs and other external referrers, ensuring compliance to effective risk management processes. This role is an essential part of our patient’s journey, as it oversees the first point of contact. It is essential that all enquiries are met with professional, compassionate and timely responses.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will possess highly effective leadership skills and the ability to foster strong, positive and professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have demonstrated communication and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively. You will have a proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a strong customer service focus. You will be empathetic, professional and have a strong understanding of clinical risk management.
- Excellent attention to detail, decision making capabilities and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Evidence that you actively inspire, motivate, and develop others to high performance through role modelling and the achievement of personal, team and business goals.
- Assess critical situations and manage competing demands
- Ability to practice collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary health care team
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel;
