**The Company**:

Our client is a high-end boutique agency servicing both residential and commercial/industrial property markets.

They offer premium advisory services, and have a proven track record of Commercial Sales, Leasing, Portfolio/Asset Management.

The team is looking for an Administration Assistant to assist with important administrative tasks across all areas of the office.

Currently in a growth phase, they are hoping to find someone who is enthusiastic about starting a career in the property industry.

**The Role**:

- Manage the administration of a high-volume, growing portfolio
- Manage the administration tasks for the sales and leasing agents
- Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties
- Upkeep and roll-out of property management software such as VaultRE and Re-Leased
- Website maintenance and online marketing duties
- Auditing of online properties and database entries
- Maintain and manage accurate data
- Assist in reaching office KPI’s

**Ideal Skills/Experience**
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and high regard for quality standards
- **Must have or is completing their real estate certification**:

- Ability to prioritise and organise a high-volume work program
- Adaptability
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight, operational, and financial deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be open to career growth and movement within the business
